Deano Minton received a Masters Degree in Art History at Michigan State University and learned the art of caricature in Europe. He returned to America and accepted the position of Art Concessions Director at a large theme park, making the concessions profitable while training and motivating young artists. Deano moved to Florida and currently works as a free lance caricature artist. She pursued a career in art and attended Southeastern Massachusetts University where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She sent her portfolio and samples out to many publishers. Though she seemed to come up dry, she pushed onward, and created Lisa's ART & Horses. She decided to make her art business a reality. She created gift items with animals and horses on them. She has set up her table of t-shirts, cards and magnets at a few local horse shows, and found some local tack shops to sell her t-shirts in.
